DWELO is Hiring a Remote Sales Development Representative

THE POSITION

Sales Development at Dwelo is vital to Dwelo’s growth capabilities. With multifamily community investments increasing across the nation, Dwelo relies on dedicated professionals to find and introduce us to as many decision-makers as possible. A Sales Development Representative will work closely with Regional Sales Managers, Growth Marketing, and tools at their disposal to help define sales development and account-based marketing strategies, find and qualify new sales opportunities, and educate existing opportunities.

A DAY IN THE LIFE 

  • Responsible for contacting and investigating inbound leads, qualifying them as prospects, educating prospects about the Dwelo solution, and scheduling meetings with the Dwelo sales team
  • Work with Growth marketing to execute and iterate on Dwelo’s ABM Strategy including, research, investigation, scoring, defining messaging, and outreach.
  • Prospecting and Qualifying: This job requires calls, emails, building, and following up on sequences
  • Help Growth Marketing execute on conference campaigns and outreach
  • Rinse and repeat: This job takes commitment and dedication - it takes digging, investigation, professional outreach and follow up to reach your goals

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation),
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to grasp complex concepts and translate them into simple and compelling written communication
  • Self-starter with the ability to successfully manage tasks and stakeholder expectations from inception to completion
  • Works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects and is highly self-motivated.
  • Customer-centered with the ability to empathize with diverse audiences, access their needs, and cater outreach to each person specifically
  • The capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business value
  • Always hungry for feedback and continuous improvement
  • Fun, positive, and a strong contributor to a healthy and welcoming work environment 

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • 1 years of sales development experience
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools: Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong
  • You have great conversation skills and the ability to have consistently professional interactions as a representative of the group you work for
  • You have experience designing, writing, and sending out email marketing sequences that get views, opens, and replies.
  • You have experience executing conference campaigns and outreach
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or a related CRM

YOU ARE AN EVEN BETTER FIT IF YOU HAVE:

  • Proficiency with outreach tools like Hubspot, Pardot, or Outreach.io
  • A solid understanding of the Hubspot Flywheel
  • Experience in working within an ABM framework
  • Experience in the smart home tech and/or multifamily housing industry
  • Familiarity with the Agile-Scrum framework for project management
  • Proficiency with Hubspot, Confluence, and a project management platform (e.g. Favro, Jira, Monday.com)
