The Role

• We are looking for a technical expert to own the internal Level Home IT Infrastructure.
• This person will work closely with our DevOps team to support specific technical and configuration needs.
• This person will be responsible for controlling the procurement, tracking, maintenance and support of all IT computer assets..
• Help Level Home reach SOC2 compliance

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce all SOC2 policies related to our internal IT Infrastructure
• Manage the employee IT Asset lifecycle including the purchasing, maintenance and disposal
• Directly support all internal employees via our Internal Service Desk.
• Maintain relationships with hardware vendors and suppliers to ensure we are using the best of breed technology and getting the best pricing available.
• Ensure our internal networks are reliable and secure.
• Implement an MDM solution.
• Establish Asset tracking.

Requirements

• 3-5 years hands-on experience.
• Experience with network security, firewalls, vpns and routing.
• Experience working with or implementing an MDM solution.
• Experience working with or building an internal Service Desk.
