• Oversee and track lock box installation
• Savvy in communication with prospective residents
• Meet tenants to get them keys for move in
• Perform move out checklists and upload into google drive (Happyco)
• Manage keys via excel worksheet
• Place "FOR RENT" signs and track via excel worksheet for listed units
• Assist with access to units as needed for showings or inspections
• Attend meetings via zoom as needed (once a week)
• Obtain video recorded “showings” of the property and upload to Dwell Management Group YouTube Channel
• Monitor our Airbnb portfolio on a bi-weekly schedule with another team member. Including but not limited to corresponding with guests, troubleshooting, and maintaining professional correspondence.
• Mandatory 20 hours in-person at our Rochester, MN office location from 11am-3pm

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All prospective residents and staff are required to wear mask for meetings with general public, but exposure is limited to a couple people per day as we do work remotely often.
