YOU WILL:

• Streamline and enhance the Data Direct product
• Work with Infrastructure to build more efficient and scalable data delivery processes
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Account Management teams at dv01 to create better products and tools for our clients
• Interact with clients to solve their problems and understand their needs 

YOU ARE:

• A data engineer who works in R and is experienced with SQL. You have 2 years of professional experience, enjoy working with production processes, and want to learn more about devops infrastructure. Prior experience with Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery and Kubernetes, Unix-based systems, and a good understanding of finance are all a plus.
• Someone who really likes understanding how things work. You enjoy digging into a process to uncover all of its secrets (good or bad), and using that knowledge to build a more elegant and optimized version of it.
• A strong communicator. You are not afraid to share your ideas with others. You have the ability to effectively communicate technical issues with clients and internal stakeholders
• Passionate about data and engineering. You studied math, finance, or engineering at the graduate or undergraduate level. Prior experience in software engineering, data engineering, data science, consulting or research is a plus.
