You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:

· Create, analyze, report, and communicate financial & data analytics

· Collaborate with Sales and Operations to understand data needs to create departmental reporting packages

· Partner with Finance and other departments to develop and maintain metrics, complete forecasting, and drive inventory optimization at both the company and customer level Identify and execute on cost reduction, quality and process improvements

· Analytically evaluate data and ensure systems integrity to support sourcing efficiencies

· Complete month-end close activities such as account reconciliations and inventory valuation

· Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization (Leadership, Sales/Marketing, Operations, and Finance)

You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

· Develop and maintain monthly financial reporting packages to be delivered to execute management and Board

· Collaborate with Sales to create customer proposals for new business opportunities

· Collaborate with Operations and Finance peers to evaluate and adjust inventory holding levels for raw materials and finished goods inventory.

· Complete projects focused on advanced analytics to drive real time data via dashboard or key reports to department leads

· Number Days to complete month-end close w/ team

· Number of Inventory min/max levels reviewed

· Number of Days to complete monthly reporting package

· Number Days to turn a customer pricing proposal

· Age of Excess & Obsolete Inventory Reserve items

· Number of Days to complete monthly re-forecasting w/ Sales
