```Duties```
- Identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Present and demonstrate company products and services to customers
- Negotiate sales contracts and pricing agreements

```Experience```
- Proven experience in residential remodeling sales
- Ability to perform basic on-site Sketch-Up designs to potential customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Fluent in English, proficiency in Spanish is a plus

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
