We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain financial records of restaurant entities-
Responsibilities-
Must have good knowledge of Quick Books to handle bookkeeping independently.
Perform general accounting responsibilities for restaurants entities.
Perform accounts payable functions.
Payment of Sales tax, Franchise fee, other Govt. taxes etc.
Payroll Hours Input to Paychex system.
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy/completeness of financial
data
Perform tasks as assigned.
Preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports
Skills
Proven bookkeeping experience using Quick books Software.
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable.
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
