Role Summary

The Fire Alarm Service Tech role is a key leadership position on our team and at the core of our business. As a foreman, you lead from experience on the job site. You can take on any task related to installation, service, programing, and trouble-shooting of fire alarm systems. You represent our company and its values as you interact with our customers and other contractors. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and will equip you with the knowledge and skill to meet our standards of excellence.

How this role contributes…

• Responsible for the service of fire alarm systems
• Ensure quality and functionality of fire alarm systems
• Manage assigned tasks
• Communicate with customers on a daily basis
• Manage inventory
• Have or be able to pass State License Test
• Pass background check

Who we are looking for…

• 5 years experience
• An experienced alarm technician who can learn our systems and programming
• Attention to detail and thorough
• Responsible to take ownership of all work performed with little direction
• Self-motivated
• Desire to continue learning and growing
• Knowledge of regulations and fire alarm codes
• Desire to receive NICET Certifications
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record

Experience:

• Fire alarm: 5 years (Required)
