Join Dukes of Air as a CSR / Dispatcher, you will be the liaison between our customers and service technicians. You will be tasked with providing exceptional customer service and facilitating technicians' work routes to ensure timely service to our customers.

Shift is Tuesday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7 PM and Saturday 9 AM -5:30 PM, with Sundays and Mondays off

How you will spend your day:

The CSR / Dispatcher provides exceptional customer service and facilitates technicians' work routes.

• Effectively communicating information between technicians and customers via incoming and outgoing calls.
• Schedule and route technicians via the dispatch board, based on job requirements and availability using dispatching software with a strong sense of urgency and punctuality.
• Responsible for creating work orders, dispatching technicians, and communicating with customers.
• Manage multiple phone lines & multi-task between calls, chats, and reviews.

Qualifications

• Prefer 3 years of dispatch and/or customer service experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work Tuesday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7 PM and Saturday 9 AM -5:30 PM, with Sundays and Mondays off
  • Schedule may vary during in-season and off-season schedules
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with in depth knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Flexibility with schedule and duties - depending on the season, both can vary
• Familiarity with Service Titan system a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
