Senior Business Data Analyst

As our Business Data Analyst, you will support our finance, legal operations and support teams withanalysts and predictive modeling. Youwill be responsible for aggregating legal function, key financial metrics, and operationaldata, providing recommendations and reporting to support data-based decisions todefine business results. EssentialJob Functions

·Manage relationshipswith key client and firm stakeholders and understanding their overallstrategies and business objectives

·Develop specificknowledge about the firm’s portfolio, including physical locations, technologyand operational processes

·Using data, analyze andmake recommendations to improve processes

·Monitor and identifytrends on results

·Identify opportunitiesto change existing processes

·Partner with the Client Insightsteam to leverage market research and client surveys for business optimization

·Prepare and presentfindings to leadership and partners

·Managing ad hocanalytics projects as appropriate

Job Qualification

·Bachelor’s (or higher)degree in business analytics, computer science, statistics, economics, finance,or a related field

·3 years of experience ina client-facing role as well as experience interacting with internalorganizational leadership

PreferredSkills

·Experience (work orschool assignments) in at least one of the following tools:

◦SQL

◦Sales Force

◦Statistical software package

◦ Data visualization(Tableau strongly preferred)

·Expertise in Excelmodeling, with work or school experience in financial modeling a plus

·Experience using datavisualization tools, visual features of statistical software tools orPowerPoint to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences

·Specific interest (orprior experience) in client service

·Can share examples ofworking effectively in a team environment

·Can share examples ofhow they have used data to solve complex problems

·Can share examples ofhow they have used creativity to achieve excellent outcomes
