About The Job
Dudek is looking for a mid-to upper mid-level graphic designer who is interested in a full-time position working directly with our marketing and creative design service groups to help craft visually compelling publication design and layouts for a variety of environmental, planning, and engineering projects.
This position requires a candidate who has a passion for designing stunning publication layouts and is constantly striving to increase the efficiency of a layout by utilizing styles, libraries, developing templates, etc. If you live and breathe grids, parent pages, table styles, love alignment, white space, and balance of design—then this position could be for you!
This position could be performed either in-office or hybrid in proximity to one of our Dudek office locations. Note that while this position is not required to be near the Encinitas (HQ) location, San Diego County is where the majority of our close-knit Creative Team resides.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Publication Layout. Design, edit, and produce high quality multi-page (20-200 pages) publication layouts for digital and print distribution.
General Graphic Design. Design, edit, and produce high-quality graphics for internal and external client use (including but not limited to proposals, reports, presentations, brochures, flyers, banners, signage, logos/style guides, infographics, etc.).
