Duck Creek Technologies Pty Ltd is Hiring a Manager, Marketing Near Sydney, FL

Role - Marketing Manager, APAC WHAT YOU’LL DO: As part of the Global Marketing organization, the APAC Marketing Manager will support the preparation and delivery of a range of field marketing activities for the APAC market. We are looking for an energetic and positive person with a passion for marketing for an award-winning technology company with ambitious growth plans. The ideal candidate is an A player who has experience working in a fast-paced B2B marketing department. You will develop, manage and execute an integrated, multi-channel demand gen strategy to drive brand awareness in key solution markets and accounts. Initiatives would include events (in person or virtual), webinars, email nurture campaigns, customer activities and more. As the liaison between Sales and Marketing you will collaborate closely with the APAC sales team and, particularly, sales directors and sales leadership to plan, organize and execute programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities within specific, targeted accounts and contacts. In doing so will work closely with APAC Pre-sales Director and Regional Product Manager. We are looking for a Marketer determined to be a part of a winning team. Collaborate with integrated marketing team to develop, manage and execute best-in-class lead gen programs in pre-defined accounts and go-to-market segments. Educate sales team on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials. Engage with sales to communicate, coordinate and optimize the impact of new and planned marketing activities including global, regional and local programs. Encourage two-way dialogue with sales directors and log ideas/requests with corporate marketing. Regular audit of influencer rankings and align with corporate marketing. Regular calls and/or meetings with sales leadership and sales directors to review pipeline and identify opportunities for marketing influence. Ensure all marketing assets are easily and readily accessible at point of need for sales directors. Represent field marketing in regional sales meetings and QBRs. Generate bold and innovative ideas and determine best/appropriate delivery mechanism for personalized campaigns to prospects and customers. Collaborate with corporate marketing to design content “playbooks” to keep accounts engaged throughout sales cycle. Understand customer buying and need patterns; help develop ideal buyer personas and map content to relevant buyer’s journey. Build an E2E lead gen strategy to support every stage of the buyer’s journey; from capture to close to advocate. Work with sales directors to map organizations and identify key stakeholders throughout sales cycle. Collaborate with regional, product and brand teams to prioritize content and create a global, multi-channel, digital content and social strategy WHAT YOU’VE DONE: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience Knowledge of marketing objectives, tactics and strategies Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation/content platforms Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build rapport, influence and deepen relationships with internal and external stakeholders Working knowledge and experience executing ABM campaigns Identify with and have a strong appreciation for the sales role Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently Ability to think out of the box and take risks High energy and positive attitude Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require both strategic and tactical thinking Strong communication skills, especially verbal Strong and disciplined project management, process improvement capabilities and organizational skills; Attention to detail required Willingness to travel 25% Prior knowledge of the Australian Insurance Market.
