WHAT WE WILL CALL THIS POSITION: HR Administrator WHAT YOU’LL DO: Duck Creek Technologies is seeking an HR Administrator to perform a variety of human resources support functions. You will report to the VP of HR based out of our Boston/Seaport office, MA. You will provide a broad range of activities, responding to employee inquiries, maintaining personnel files, coordinating onsite events, and other HR support activities as needed. You’ll be part of a team that is working to provide our workforce with the support and tools they need to be successful. (This person must be available to work at the Boston Office or Rosemont, IL office location with a work-flexible structure) ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES Assists Human Resources (“HR”) with general administration support activities coordination of in-office activities such as team meetings; booking conference rooms, setup/testing audio/visual equipment prior to meetings, organize catering. Attends meetings as appropriate co-manages HR teams shared email inbox/phone assists with HR invoice/billing process assists with day to day, HR questions, needs and inquires and guide to appropriate resource when needed for additional support. Maintains offline file system for personnel and will support migration of offline information to our online HR system Supports various HR processes related to pre-hire, onboarding, managing employee data regarding employment history, training, personnel files, benefits and project work Inputs and maintains employee and other relevant data into HR systems as needed Supports internal audit data inquiries/processes Acts with the highest level of confidentiality for employee data at all times Supports other HR activities as assigned WHAT YOU’VE DONE: Obtained an Associate College Degree or higher Some HR office experience preferred General computer knowledge using Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills Good at multitasking and following up work still in progress WHAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION YOU MAY WANT TO KNOW: Travel: 0 % - 10% Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the country of the job location. Physical: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
