DSI Security is currently seeking a Security Site Supervisor to work in and around the Los Angeles area. Successful candidates will be required to work evenings, overnights and weekends. Applicants must also be able to work a flexible schedule that may change from week to week.
All interested Security Site Supervisor candidates must meet the following requirements:
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may change from week to week
• Must be available to work any shift
• Must be available to work at any location in the Los Angeles Basin area where we provide security service
• Be at least 21 years old
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have reliable means of transportation and communication
• Be customer service oriented
• Have good written and oral communications skills, and be computer literate
• Be able to perform routine foot patrol and do moderate lifting
Security Field Supervisor Job Duties:
• Cover vacant posts yourself when required
• Comply with all policies and post orders for each client location
• Make sure that all staff follows all laws, policies and procedures that are in place, and conduct training on policies and procedures
• Communicate with branch management regarding all issues, scheduling, staffing and record keeping that are related to client
• Responsible for route planning to include covering as many post checks as possible
• Maintain the Supervisor Log Book noting all activity during your tour of duty
• Ensures the security officers are properly completing their Daily Activity Reports
• Communicate with all levels of staff and clientele effectively and routinely
• Inspect client sites to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with post orders, making sure you cover any vacant posts as necessary
• Ensures compliance of Post Orders to fulfill our contractual obligations to our Clients
• Operates a field patrol vehicle following all applicable motor vehicle laws
• Maintains field patrol vehicle in good working order
