The project manager is a key leader in quality initiatives, grants and documentation of classroom and center practices.
Requirements
- Five years of center leadership/management experience
- Professional management experience in a high-quality center (3 QR stars or NAEYC accreditation)
- Experienced with quality initiatives related to language, social-emotional development and STEAM.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in ECE or related field highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
- Strong technology skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Thrives on a leadership team that is highly collaborative, communicative, makes most decisions by consensus and cross trains
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Works well with deadlines and detailed planning
