Quality Assurance Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our rapidly growing team! In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we’d like to meet you.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Generate test cases and plans by analyzing user stories and feature level requirements
  • Execute manual test plans to ensure the quality of products under test
  • Detect and track software defects through resolution
  • Be responsible for the successful deployment of critical projects and features that directly impact our clients
  • Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle
  • Provide support and documentation

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2 years of experience as a QA Analyst or similar role
  • Experience working on an Agile team
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
  • Critical thinking with excellent problem-solving skills
  • An ability to think up new ways to break our applications
  • Full understanding of the SDLC and where QA fits in
  • Experience with both test management and defect tracking software

  • Basic understanding of cloud computing
  • Basic understanding of SQL
  • Basic coding/scripting abilities
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally
