A beautiful, skilled nursing facility located in Nashville, TN is currently seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

Responsibilities of the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator:

• Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Maintain written policies and procedures that govern the operation of the facility.
• Maintain written job descriptions and performance evaluations for each staff position.
• Assist department directors in the development and use of department policies and procedures and establish rapport in and between departments so that each can see the importance of teamwork.
• Interpret the facilities policies and procedures to employees, residents, family members, visitors, and governmental agencies, etc.. as necessary in accordance to board approved practice.
• Review the facility’s policies and procedures periodically, at least annually, and make changes as necessary to assure continued compliance with current regulations.
• Assure that all employees, resident, visitors, and the public follows established policies and procedures.

Qualifications of the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator::

• Must have prior experience as an Administrator in long term care
• Must be a self-starter and energetic
• Must have TN Administrator License
• Proven Leadership & Management Skills
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
