Description

We plan to make Drexel the leading provider of building materials and the number one place to work in Wisconsin. If you want to hop on the train, here is the type of Rockstar we want on our team:

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Monitor the quality of outgoing products/materials
  • Create metrics to monitor and measure improvements
  • Use the process to hold the team accountable for quality verifications
  • Reviewing projects to ensure standards are met
  • Problem solving with team when quality issues arise
  • Work with our team as well as the production leader to develop, implement, track, provide feedback, and continuously improve our “in the facility” quality process.
  • Communicate with our set crews, and our field specialists to obtain their feedback to help refine our in house quality process.
  • Occasionally make trips to job sites to obtain first hand information on the quality of our products as well as to build relationships with onsite teams.
  • Other duties as assigned
