Drake Cement and Materials is Hiring a Reliability Engineer Near Paulden, AZ
Responsibilities:
- Precision Alignment / Balance: Spend 5% of time doing precision work such as alignment of equipment and balancing of fans.
- Condition Monitoring: Spend 25% of time collecting and analyzing vibration data on key plant equipment to prevent unplanned equipment failures and increase plant reliability.
- Reliability / KPI Reporting: Spend 15% of time compiling reliability, efficiency, production rate, utilization, and MTBF data. Compile reports used in meetings with key members of Drake. Use this data to develop root cause analysis for repeat failures.
- PM Supervising: Spend 40% of time planning work, following up, obtaining parts, and assisting the lube technicians, dust collectors, and plant inspectors with daily work.
- Assist with planning processes to improve equipment and systems reliability.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in technical/engineering area such as Mechanical/Reliability Engineering.
- Vibration analysis, dynamic balancing, root cause analysis, oil analysis, project management, thermography, precision alignment.
