Azara Smoke and Vape is seeking to fill part time 20-25 hours per week between Monday - Friday with occasional weekends for closing shifts approximately 4:00pm to 10:00pm.

We offer a base wage of $15 per hour with opportunities for Daily Commissions for individual sales and Daily Bonuses for group sales, monthly free product sampling/vendor swag and employee discounts.

Qualified applicants will meet these expectations:

• 21 years of age or older
• Base knowledge with a variety of store products
• Ability to self direct, complete general shift tasks with minimal follow up needs
• Excitement to learn and share product knowledge to create the Azara Experience
• Cashiering and guest engagement experience

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to guests
• Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and well organized sales floor
• Stock and display merchandise
• Assist with inventory management and replenishment needs

• Strong engagement, communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Basic technical/cashiering skills for utilization and occasional troubleshooting
