Job Description DPR Construction seeks to hire a Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate is an experienced Project Manager or Lead who can fit within our corporate culture. This candidate will work directly with various stakeholders (business and technology) to deliver projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans to share with the project team, stakeholders, and sponsors Conduct productive project meetings, utilizing strong facilitation skills Determine and define project scope and objectives Predict resources needed to reach goals and manage resources Work with customers and Business Analyst to clarify specific project requirements Prepare a budget based on the size of work and resource requirements Track project costs to meet budget Track project issues through resolution Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Coordinate, Assign, and Track project tasks Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Manage vendors by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables Monitor progress and adjust as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field 5-8 years of project management and related experience Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Proven ability to solve problems creatively Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Experience with Enterprise Systems and Project Management preferred Experience seeing projects through the entire life cycle Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and highly resourceful Proven ability to complete tasks according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline Preferred experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong decision-making skills Experience identifying risks associated with the project and creating a mitigation plan Work Conditions Work within a DPR office Travel (air, car) at least once per month Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines or support Production events Sitting for extended periods Dexterity of hands and fingers required to operate a computer keyboard or mouse and to handle other computer components DPR has been nationally recognized for its strong company culture, based on a well-defined purpose “We Exist to Build Great Things,” and four core values: integrity, enjoyment, uniqueness and ever forward.
