Job Description DPR Construction is seeking a CRM Business Analyst to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders across DPR and its family of companies. This includes displaying competencies in the following areas: Communicating and Collaborating, Knowledge of Platforms and Systems, Analytical Thinking, Information Management, Requirements Analysis, Stakeholder Partnering and Systems Integrations. The Business Analyst will also be proactive about working with the business functional areas to look for new technologies to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate for this position is tenacious with finding solutions, displays patience and is an independent self-motivator. RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicating and Collaborating Write and communicate technical requirements effectively to developers, solution managers/architects, and stakeholders. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all functional documentation by constantly communicating with the business. Coordinate across departments for review and testing of system releases and upgrades. Knowledge of Platforms and Systems Facilitate the ideation and development of new features and functionality around our products. Analytical Thinking Validate accuracy of reporting, analyze data for trends relating to user behaviors, process efficiency, and system usage. Information Management Maintain supporting documentation, training materials and testing documentation. Requirements Analysis Provide transparency and recommendations on project trade-offs, understanding and coordinating dependencies across multiple teams with competing priorities. Research and recommend best industry standards and practices where applicable. Stakeholder Partnering Work closely with functional CRM teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance & Accounting) and the Technology team to support projects for internal customers. Proactive interaction with business stakeholders to improve business process, understand pain points and business priorities. Balance the priorities of a diverse group of stakeholders, while still delivering high quality products Systems Integrations Identify opportunities for process improvement, better utilization of resources, product enhancements, improved communications and faster issue resolution. Develop test strategies and coordinate testing where applicable. Assist with system configuration of new system functionality.
