The Maintenance Inventory Coordinator will manage plant inventory through the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Procurement management, inventory planning and forecasting. Quality assurance of receiving materials, inspection and documentation. Collaborate with quality control, production, planning and coordinate preventative maintenance activities to ensure downtime is minimized while following all food safety and health and safety protocols. How you will make contributions that matter... · Daily inventory management of maintenance department. · Maintain the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for plant assets. · Documenting inspection records for the preventative maintenance of equipment. · Writing standard operating procedures (SOP), management of change (MOC) & miscellaneous plant procedures. · Inventory bar code scanning and maintaining minimum and maximum inventory levels. · Providing monthly inventory expenses. · Budget, plan, communicate and execute facility shutdowns. · Control and monitor critical equipment inventory. · Participate in business planning meetings as require with the local management team. · Assist with the handling of non-scheduled and unexpected breakdowns with the goals of maintaining reliability. · Lead and support the future CMMS transition to SAP for the maintenance department.
