Sales Development Representative

Who You Are -

We are looking for a motivated and customer service-oriented individual who will assist and support our end users online. As an SDR, you will provide accurate and timely support to our end users via telephone, email, chat support software and will be responsible for troubleshooting & resolving level 1 user issues and escalating to your manager or our resolution support desk if needed. As a Sales Development Representative you will build impeccable relationships, and provide world class support.

Your Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • The ability to think and act quickly to solve customer problems and seize sales opportunities and they arise with customers and prospects
  • The ability to rapidly respond to inquiries and close out inquiries from customers and prospects
  • To be well organized and disciplined at recording customer and prospect interactions
  • The ability to learn about, be able to explain how to use and the benefits of ever changing technology
  • Organized and capable of highly effective time management 
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Excellent relationship building and teamwork skills

Your Qualifications:

  • One year of sales or customer service experience highly desired
  • Preferred locations include the Salt Lake City and Charleston areas
  • Must be able to work from home in a quiet environment with serviceable internet
  • Experience in the Healthcare or Health Tech industry is strongly preferred 
  • Familiarity working with a CRM is required, experience with Hubspot is a plus

Job Duties:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the doxy.me value proposition and how our products and services can help customers with their telemedicine needs for our mid-market team
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and messaging from customers and prospects regarding their business needs
  • Problem solve customer and prospect needs providing relevant information regarding our services
  • Uncover opportunities to sell to new customers as well as upsell, cross-sell and help retain existing customers
  • Communicate with other team members and outside teams to resolve customer issues and win new business
  • Document details of all customer communications using our CRM and other business tools
