Dovel Technologies is looking for a Management Analyst to join our team! This position is full time, work location will be onsite in Washington, D.C.

This position is located in the Office of Child Care within the Administration for Children and Families (ACF). The employee serves as a Management Analyst in the Office of the Director. The incumbent performs a wide variety of complex analytical assignments utilizing qualitative and quantitative analysis. This position provides advisory, analytical, and coordinative services and assures coordination of management initiatives, special projects, and daily activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Briefs senior management on an ongoing basis on the status of project deliverables.
• Manages records management activities.
• Provides support to the invoice payments process.
• Manages logistics for facilitating workgroups, including scheduling, note taking, and preparing materials.
• Creates Excel based data visualization dashboards to perform analytic analyses.
• Prepares a variety of documents to include report, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Assists in the coordination, and completion of special projects.
• Plans, organizes, and prioritizes tasks to meet multiple workload goals.
• Works independently with a high degree of tact and diplomacy to carry out special assignments requiring comprehensive knowledge of OCC’s mission.
• Performs cross-functional tasks that supports work across OCC divisions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7-10 years of related experience in Project Management
• Knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative analysis techniques.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to prepare and present findings and recommendations.
• Ability to adapt analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to the measurement and improvement of operations
