What you’ll do 
We are looking for a highly motivated, results orientated analystto join our Commercial Process team. The primary focus of this position will be to analyze and process new contracts ensuring they are implemented quickly and accurately. Success will be measured through our ability to accurately record and report on the details of all new contracts, apply rates and contractual terms to a complex network of account records within Salesforce, and bill our customers accurately according to their deal terms. This role will also be responsible for calling out potential concerns coming from a lack of clarity on the application of any terms or rates to account records in our system. As part of the larger Sales Operations COE, the right person for this job has exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work across time zones with a multitude of stakeholders, and excels at problem solving through critical analysis. Core responsibilities include:
  • Perform completeness and accuracy checks for all new custom contracts.
  • Prepare and analyze reports to identify all records which should have new contracts applied to them and which records should be excluded due to overlapping contractual terms 
  • Identify and resolve contract application ambiguities by following up with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all contract terms and rates are appropriately documented in Salesforce and there are no billing discrepancies resulting from new contracts.
  • Review Salesforce opportunities and data to flag variances and inconsistencies.
  • Monitor incoming contract review requests to ensure they are addressed using the correct processes in place and the right approvals are in place to proceed.
  • Provide insight and recommendations into the current contracting process.
  • Assist Revenue, Business Development, Accounting, Legal, and Actualization teams with contract-related questions.
  • Participate in special projects and respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.
  • Identify and analyze any discrepancies and provide management with an explanation.

Who you are
  • 3 years of work experience preferably within a Deal Desk, Legal, or Contract Management role at a media / AdTech company
  • Excellent understanding of CPM pricing, multi-entity contracting, and prior experience in helping to setup and align rates to customers required
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Salesforce.com reporting and data entry
  • Prior experience in the design and implementation of contract and pricing approval workflows
  • Experience in contract analysis, interpretation and term documentation 
  • Ability to prioritize and work in high volume environment
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and with little supervision
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and ever changing business environment
  • Ability to work well with cross functional teams (Sales, Finance, Accounting, Billing, Operations and Legal)
