• Must have excellent guest service skills; outgoing personality and demonstrate friendliness and enthusiasm
• Demonstrate a complete knowledge of Double Down Dogs offerings; drinks, items, pricing, ingredients, preparation methods, and service techniques
• Take and fulfill orders from Guests and anticipate their needs
• Safely and effectively use all equipment essential to the position
• Responsible for all routine opening, during-service, and closing functions and checklists
• Respond to Guest requests or place Guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance
