Job Description
This in an opportunity to join a successful residential construction and remodeling firm
that takes pride in its workmanship and takes care of its employees while focusing on
safety and quality. This job offers a year–round work environment with a very stable
company. Must have experience as a RESIDENTIAL remodeling sales/ estimator. This
is a sales–orientated position in which you will be required to meet client satisfaction and
revenue goals. You must be able to understand client requirements and generate
proposals that win jobs and meet profit goals. The estimator is responsible for the
completion of projects from the idea stage from estimation processes to final approvals.
Successful candidate will be required to meet with clients on a regular basis to help
them visualize, plan, and complete residential remodeling and construction projects.
Projects range in size from maintenance to major additions. You will required to find the
balance between speed and detail. Top pay and great benefits provided. Dorcus
