Retail Sales Associate
The sales associate is an important member of the team and plays a crucial role in contributing to the customer experience, and overall success of the business. Key responsibilities are inclusive of but not limited to
- Drive results through offering exceptional customer service.
- Achieve and surpass sales goals and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and directives.
- Remain educated and informed on all product knowledge.
- Thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Support operational needs of the store.
- POS procedures.
Skills and Requirements:
- 1-2 of retail sales experience required.
- Team oriented.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.25 - $14.00 per hour
