Through cold-calls and walking the market and competitive properties, the Associate Broker will develop a client base that generates a qualified sustainable number of referral leads that produce income for the Company, Team and the Associate. The Associate Broker will assist in carrying out the policies and procedures surrounding the day-to-day functions of the Commercial Leasing department, with a particular focus on developing a broad and qualified clientele base.
