Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Insurance Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.
Insurance license, experience and knowledge is required. Experience with Applied Systems TAM a plus!

Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
- Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Requirements
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- A Property & Casualty license is required.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
