Location: Wassaic, NY 12592
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM to 4:00PM
Target Duration/End Date: March 2024
Specific Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Replace toner cartridges, order toner and other office supplies
· Type, proofread, review and correct correcspondence, documents records and other written material as assigned
· Update excel spreadsheets as needed
· Maintain, update and correct files and records
· Enter data and information into; and retrieve data and information from our programs and systems.
· Scan documents
· Other duties as assigned
Education:
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. And at least two years of relevant experience
Skills and Experience Requirements:
· Basic math and data entry skills required
· Excellent writing and communication abilities are preferred
· Should be a self-starter, outgoing and team-oriented
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
· Ability to work effectively and professionally with higher level management staff is essential
· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
· Reliability, and time and attendance is critical
