In this role, you will work with our HR team to design and execute a people strategy and long-term vision for growing our team while maintaining and strengthening our committed, collaborative, high performance culture. We’re looking for someone with experience with all aspects of people operations and importantly to be creative, smart, and proactive being used to dynamic business pace. Responsibilities: You will assist the Head of HR in developing roadmaps, and execute key programs on onboarding, training & development, compensation and performance management, legal compliance and HR administration.Responsible for all aspects of onboarding, training and development, compensation planning and performance review management, HR legal compliance, and employee relationsHelp enhance our cultural identify; work with the management team to organize and execute team-building events and keep company culture top of mindSupport our team; create and expand on HR tools and processes, advise the executive team on employment laws, benefits options, compensation strategies, etc.Utilize your strong HRIS experience in measuring the success of people operation by creating and maintaining metrics for every facet of HR Requirements:More than 5 years of direct experience with all aspects of people operations; career history showing roles of increasing scope and responsibility Demonstrated success owning aspects of people operations and HR strategyEntrepreneurial drive; you’re here to build a team, but you won’t be successful if you’re not willing to dive in and do a lot of things yourself while you’re getting up and goingDemonstrated achievement in building and managing HR operationsExpertise in Compensation planning and Performance Review managementExperience with HR operations including employment law and best practices as well as running a metric driven HR organization The credibility, presence, and communication skills to be an influential business partnerWillingness to occasional travel primarily within California as necessaryBachelor’s Degree, ideally HR-focusedRelevant HR certifications highly preferred
