Dollar Tree is Hiring a Remote IT Support Manager (remote eligible)
- Ensure assigned team meets technical and business SLA’s
- Ability to mentor and lead associates to become a highly effective IT team.
- Ensure quarterly SOX audits are completed with no deficiencies.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Information Systems, Computer Science)
- 6 years of IT Operations experience (support, maintenance, and administration)
- 1-3 years of managing a team of associates (excellent management skills)
- Experience with operating systems (i.e. Microsoft and Linux)
- Experience utilizing ServiceNow and JIRA
- Experience with performing and leading technology SOX audits
- Experience with Disaster Recovery.
- 3 years’ experience in Retail Industry
- ITIL Certificate
- 3 years’ experience with Enterprise tools (Exchange/Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Active Directory, Workspace ONE, Access Control concepts)
