We have an exciting opportunity for an Intensive Outpatient Coordinator to join our dedicated team. What Will I Be Doing?
As an Intensive Outpatient Coordinator, your role will be multifaceted and crucial to our mission. You will be responsible for working directly with individuals who are seeking help with substance use issues. Your duties will encompass both community and office-based settings, providing a supportive environment for clients to begin their journey to recovery. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Client Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for clients in the intensive outpatient program, assisting them with scheduling, program information, and providing general support.
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clinical staff to create and update individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring they receive appropriate and effective care.
  • Group Therapy Support: Assist in the facilitation of group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment, and helping clients engage and participate.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of client progress, treatment plans, and all necessary paperwork to comply with regulatory standards.
  • Crisis Response: Be prepared to handle crises or emergencies that may arise, coordinating immediate responses and communicating with the appropriate team members.
  • Community Engagement: Foster relationships within the community to enhance the support network available to our clients and advocate for their needs.

  • Resilience: Working with individuals facing substance use challenges can be emotionally demanding. Resilience and self-care practices are vital for your well-being.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in human services discipline, including, but not limited to: Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, etc.) and 2 years' experience working with children (experience can include internships, volunteer work, etc.) with 5 years' experience in working with substance abuse/ co-occurring disorder clients. Full Licensure is required.
