SUMMARY OF POSITION
A Tidal Wave Assistant Manager shares, and assist with, the responsibilities of the site's facility and its operations. They use their drive, determination, and a self-disciplined approach to achieve results that meet and exceed established volume, revenue, and profitability goals. Our Assistant Managers leads by example, and you can find them on the front line, shoulder-to-shoulder, with the team!
This position is a great way to prove that you can lead a team, along with immense professional development opportunities, and a great career path to high level management positions at Tidal Wave.
What We Will Provide:

• A schedule designed to provide a healthy work-life balance. Flexible scheduling with 35 - 45 hours a week!
• Compensation: $18/hr. with a great opportunity to earn weekly commission.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Assist in leading a small team of 8 -14 employees, while creating a culture that emphasizes teamwork and fun!
• Fast paced and structured work environment.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Assist in limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
• Assist in the training and developing employees at every position.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.

What You Will Need:

• 2 years of management experience preferred.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical Inclination and Experience Preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required.
