This person serves as a liaison - fostering relationships with our e-comm partners to enhance UX, maintaining brand standards across our e-comm presence, and exploring creative solutions for strategic timelines and budget optimization. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Plan and implement strategies for e-comm product launches and marketing campaigns, with input and assistance of Supply Chain and Marketing teams• Serve as liaison between Supply Chain and Marketing teams to maintain brand standards and consistency in product offerings with respect to budgets and timelines• Analyze performance of marketing initiatives, utilizing insights to create actionable adjustments for improved outcomes moving forward• Manage e-comm communications networkwide, including informational and promotional; internal and external• Work closely with platform partners, fostering relationships and exploring new features/opportunities to enhance UX and profitability• Quality control website visuals and copy with focus on brand consistency and enhanced UI/UX • Schedule and manage product photoshoots with oversight from Creative Director• Oversee a consistent brand voice in communication with customers• Develop drip campaigns and follow-up cadence to convert sales within e-comm platform• Assist in developing product standards guide catalogue discipline
