Section 1: Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead a team
• Manage inventory and ordering
• Create and manage budgets and P&Ls
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Forecast and schedule staff
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest recovery
• Resolve problems and conflicts
• Utilize basic computer skills and Microsoft Office

Section 2: Preferred Skills

• Experience with 3rd party delivery provider systems
• Knowledge of local area marketing and social media promotions
• Comfortable with computers, smart technology, and 3rd party applications
• Experience in opening new restaurants
• Bar management and/or craft beer knowledge
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
