Customer Service & Front Office Administrator
Small locally owned business in the tech industry looking for a dynamic, friendly, customer-oriented individual who is not afraid to tackle multiple tasks in an office and customer service/sales role to fill the Customer & Front Office Admin position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer sales, customer engagement, technical leadership, and office management. The applicant should have strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a willingness to be part of a team.
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
Greeting and checking in customers.
Upselling accessories, devices & Insurance.
Processing customer sales transactions.
Opening and closing register.
Answering phone calls.
Checking and responding to customer emails.
Arrange to ship packages to customers.
Checking in parts and maintaining the inventory system.
Providing support on office tasks including ordering office supplies, scheduling meetings, and other miscellaneous tasks.
Maintaining an organized front office and lobby.
Assisting owner with other administrative projects as needed such as scheduling.
Job Requirements:
Bilingual Spanish/English required.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Two or more years of experience in a customer-centric business environment with administrative responsibility for office operations.
Comfortable working on computer and computer applications with advanced-level proficiency in.
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent organization skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
