In preparation for our new services under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP), we are currently searching for Optometrists to work with us on an independent contracting basis providing services to the National Guard and during health assessment events in the State of Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Perform eye exams and vision tests.
• Perform refractions and eyeglass fittings.
• Detect certain eye abnormalities.
• Prescribe medications for certain eye diseases.

Schedule

• Start 7:00 a.m., with an anticipated 8-10 hour day

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license/certification in the state
• Available for weekends and occasional weekdays
• Passionate, friendly, and caring
• Must have weekend availability 
• Experience working with military - preferred
• Proficient with computer programs
