We are currently seeking full time Logistics Supply Chain Manager to work out of our Pennsylvania location.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support with the over-site of the global logistics operations, maintain inventory, and ensure transaction integrity across the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of asset and inventory management systems.
  • Improve logistic operational system efficiencies, processes, and policies in support of the organization’s mission by encouraging and using management reporting, information flow and management, business process, and organizational planning.
  • Develop equipment staging plans and forecast cross utilization of resources.
  • Analyze expense and spending to operate efficiently.
  • Foster successful operational activities through planning with Director of Logistics to ensure objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Maintain communication and to support to internal departments
  • Oversee shipping and receiving and manage exceptions to ensure that services are not disrupted.
  • Establish relationships with Service Delivery Vendors, coordinate support requests, and communicate requirements.
  • Coordinate requirements with Procurement Manager as needed.
  • Identify, contract, and maintain storage units and their inventory on an as needed basis.
  • Ensure that all events have a lab designated in EMS at least 2 weeks prior to event. Work with Sr EM or OM for designated state if incomplete.
  • Ensure that a local pharmacy has been coordinated for all events as applicable.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education and experience equivalent to a College/University Bachelor’s degree in healthcare logistics or related field - required
  • Three (3) years of experience working in logistics
  • Must be willing to travel on a regular basis
  • Able to pass a National Agency Check (NAC) and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Able to clear a background check to enter government facilities including, but not limited to, military bases, correctional facilities, and schools
  • Able to work in a high-energy environment and stand/walk for long periods of time
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Excel
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Able to solve problems by applying advanced knowledge and performing independent research, as applicable. To embrace DOCS Health Core Values: Adaptable, Entrepreneurial and Coach-able.
