We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team here in our corporate office in Pipersville, PA. We are looking for a customer service oriented Call Center Representative who has excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and enjoys interacting and assisting callers. 

Responsibilities

• Take calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to queries and concerns
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied callers, offering assistance and support
• Transfer or direct calls to the correct departments during business hours
• For after hours calls take down necessary call information and forward necessary information to the proper department
• Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company sites or portals

Schedule

Monday through Friday

12:00 p.m. through 9:00p.m.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, both written and verbal
• Great active listening skills
• A patient and empathetic attitude
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry
• Computer literacy
• Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
• Customer service oriented
