Summary The Compensation Analyst will have an active role in financial reporting and analysis, including but not limited to provider compensation calculations, preparation and maintenance of provider contracts, KPI’s, budgeting, and forecasting. This qualified individual will report directly to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager/Director and Chief Financial Officer. The Compensation Analyst will collaborate directly with Executives (CEO, CFO, VP’s).
Job Responsibilities
· Assist CFO and Manager/Director of FP&A in preparation, review, and distribution of:
- Monthly provider compensation accruals
- Quarterly, monthly, and bi-weekly reconciliations of provider compensation
- Budgets/forecasts for provider compensation
· Preparation and maintenance of provider contracts
· Work directly with providers to answer compensation questions
· Assist recruiting team with revenue and compensation calculations for provider candidates
· Conduct analyses of provider profitability
· Develop, maintain, and distribute ad hoc reports and financial models as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
· Ability to complete projects in a timely and accurate manner
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
· Ability to work with minimal supervision in a changing environment
· Process improvement driven
Preferred:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a compensation analyst role
· Experience in managing varying contract and compensation structures
· Experience with relational data modeling
· Experience working in a healthcare organization
