I. General Job Description
This position will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to improve the efficiency of the Service shop. This position will focus on maintenance of facilities, washing trucks, and delivering trucks to customers.

Responsibilities
· Deliver parts and equipment to the technicians in the service area from the Parts Department.
· Locate and pick-up parts outside of the facility if unavailable from the Parts Department.
· Maintain service shop including cleaning (bathrooms, floors, fixtures, etc.), landscaping, emptying trash, and minor repairs to shop facility.
· Adhere to safe vehicle operating procedures and legal requirements.
II. Minimum Job Qualifications
· 18 years of age.
· Valid driver’s license and a qualified MVR abstract.
III. Desired Job Qualifications
· Valid Commercial Driver’s License and a qualified MVR abstract.
· High school graduate, GED, or 1 year of work experience.
· Strong customer service skills.
· Dependable team player with a positive attitude.

· Organization: Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules of others on short-term basis.

· Mathematics: Ability to compute, analyze, and interpret numerical data for reporting purposes.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions. The noise level is normally loud.
