QualityControl Assistant What you’ll doing: You will be responsible for coordinating the monitoring andexecution of food safety and quality assurance programs throughout the Unit and providing support to theQA and Sanitation Department. A day as a Quality Control Assistant: · Pre-operationalchecks, operational checks, and post-operational checks, temperature checks,cooler/freezer checks thermometer calibration, sanitizer checks · ReinforceGMP best practices by completing regular floor walks and self-audits. · Escalatesnon-compliance to the Hygiene & Quality Assurance Manager, and Departmentmanager and follow up on timely corrective action. · Conductsregular traceability audits, regular lab collections, and regular swabs fortesting. · Ensuresquality assurance and product/food safety and regulatory compliance, adheringto local, state, federal, international environmental, health and food safetyregulations. · Providessupport before/at customer audits, health department inspections, trainings andconsultations and ensures employees understand and comply with applicablestandards.
