Genuine career development opportunities, both nationally and internationally The opportunity to work with and represent one of the most innovative players in the luxury global gourmet entertainment market A day as Purchasing Clerk: Complete daily/weekly/monthly orders and evaluate and facilitate approval on all purchase orders and coordinate with receivers and buyer(s) to ensure accuracy of all deliveries. Review invoices and related documentation and maintain appropriate inventory levels consistent with targeted inventory goals. Assist in Monitoring supplier performance (On-time deliveries, Meeting company quality & specifications and follow up on open POs and clear void POs from ERP system. Conduct monthly inventory count as assigned. Ensure compliance of product specification and food safety and perform other tasks and special projects as assigned Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels. Process requisitions and update management on status of orders. Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management.
