A day as a Pastry Cook: Bake and prepare pastry items according to specification/recipe. Monitor wastage and complete assigned tasks on multiple station within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines. Keep immediate work area clean at all times and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook. Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team Open Flexibility - Available to work Different Shifts, Weekends & HolidaysWho you are Minimum of 2 year of experience in Pastry/Bakery preferably with large production volume Knowledge of baking ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and baking times. Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field is desirable We want you to be you.
