Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours weekly), Morning and evening scheduleCompensation: $23-$25 per hour What you’ll be doing: · Supervise the movement and distribution of equipment and supplies within different company buildings · Take on the responsibility of ensuring the supply chain is efficient. · Organize and monitor the distribution of goods to ensure they are shipped to the appropriate destinations · Maintaining the standard of the company through planning and managing logistics, planning routes, and tracking the quality and quantity of goods. · Collaborate with team members to assess and respond to warehouse issues· Develop a rapport with colleagues by being knowledgeable, friendly and inspire trust A day as a Duty Manager: · Manage the day-to-day needs of the Logistic Unit and staff · Monitor staff’s attendance and productivity to ensure all jobs are completed as scheduled · Coordinate transportation activities between the Logistics Unit and the Main Unit · Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products, goods, and services · Plan, forecast, schedule, and communicate transportation activities · Ensuring smooth and efficient operations, supply chain management · Prioritize incoming calls/information from the main unit and communicate it to respective departments · Coordinate with different departments in relation to their cleaned equipment needs · Ensure that the drivers take the correct flight equipment/ beverage in a timely manner · Send email correspondence regarding the quantity of goods being sent out to the Main Unit Who you are: · 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role for hospitality, aviation, and or food production environment · Excellent planning and coordination skills with Team leader qualities. · Dedication to customer service and attention to detail · Proficient computer skills (Particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) · You are an individual with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.· Must have a valid Driver’s license · Must have a flexible work schedule What we offer: · Health Care 401K.
