Ensure all uniforms are delivered in relationto receipt. - Conduct weekly uniform inventory. Identify and report types of uniform that isshort or lacking.- Issue (hand out) and track uniforms to employees asneeded.- Identify types of uniform that is short/lacking andreport them accordingly. - Accept returned uniforms, separate them accordingto uniform type and sort them in respective laundry bins. - Keep uniform room tidy and organized. Ensure uniform is secured when no one ispresent. - Ensure disposable uniforms and hairnets areavailable. Cafeteria/Office Support- Replenish cutlery, napkins, condiments, cereal areavailable. - Brew coffee as needed. Ensure fresh coffee is always availableduring the shift.- Wipe, sanitize and organize cafeteria tables andchairs.- Organize cafeteria cupboards and cabinets to ensureit is free of clutter and pest inducing items. - Ensure breakfast and lunch food are delivered atthe correct times.- Clean refrigerator(s). Ensure expired items are purged.- Monitor Covid health process for employees, tempemployees and visitors coming in from the cafeteria door.- Monitor temporary employee check-in sheets Kitchen Cutlery Distribution- Assign and distribute kitchen cutlery to designatedkitchen employees- Consolidate distributed cutleries are returned andaccounted for daily. Report to managerany discrepancies. Complies with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the Standard SanitationOperational Procedures and reports problems with the food safety management system their manager and the hygiene and food safety team. Performs otheractivities as assigned by supervisor and management.
