Local Unit & Position Description

• Contribute in developing sustainable business model of utilizing cutting-edge technology and seeking for partnership with internal and external organizations
• Contribute in the bidding process
• Conduct market research for opportunity assessment, trends on a regular basis to grasp the partnership landscape.
• Identify creative collaboration opportunities that generate compiling user experience and business value to DNV GL
• Leading projects using Agile or Waterfall methodology
• You will use appropriate and effective communicating & influencing skills to build relationships with teams and key decision makers and achieve the best solutions.
• You will communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at an individual and group level – to direct team members and suppliers and choose the right communication style or influencing tools.

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor or master level education in Software Engineering, Computer Science or other related studies
• Mandatory 10 years of working experience in IT industry
• 5 years of experiences in project manager role
• Be able to identify opportunities, and translate these opportunities into execution approach and strategy
• Excellent sense in consumer value and digital experience as well in business viability of such new experience.
• Be able to lead virtual team which can work across the locations
• Great communication skills and fluency in English as a working language
• Good personal skills, such as: passion, empathy, analytical thinking
